One of the best parts of being a destination photographer is scouting incredible locations and working with the loveliest of couples. Upon meeting Jasmine and Scott, I knew they had fun, vibrant personalities. We had so many laughs and it was so fun seeing them interact – naturally and with love.

We met up in June of 2021 and lucky to have the beautiful blooms out. Although overcast, it was warm and actually quite busy on the road since there was a concert nearby. Lucky for us, we only came across one biker but had this trail pretty much all to ourselves.

Sometimes it’s a little difficult to find good spots for sitting in nature, but there was an opportune boulder right here which was surrounded by flowers. As an alternative, I always recommend having a blanket or jacket to fold for a variety of poses at a location.

It was so fun to meet this adventurous couple and find a gorgeous location in Denver, Colorado. The best locations are always kept as maintained as possible, so I always say to check your surroundings before leaving and pick up any trash you see. We recently partnered with @onetreeplanted to plant one tree for any of our services booked.

One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation. They plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity.
